How do I restart a stopped automated campaign?

Step 1

Head to your Campaigns page and click on the stopped campaign that you would like to restart.

Step 2

Once you're on the campaign page click on Activate to restart your campaign. 

Step 3

You'll then be taken to a confirmation screen. Click Proceed to continue.

Step 4

If your campaign has any customers that will be immediately sent a postcard you'll see that information here.

Confirm your selections and then click the button shown below to restart your campaign.

That's it! Your automated campaign will immediately send postcards to the customers that match your segmentation and will also start looking for new matches in the future.
