# What happens if my campaign contains an invalid address?

At PostPilot we run every campaign through a two-step process.

First, we verify the address is in a valid format and not missing key information. If it is missing key information, we remove it from the send.

Second, we check the address against the USPS deliverability database. If the address is flagged as likely undeliverable, we also suppress it from your send.
