My campaign ran out of single-use coupon codes. How do I add more codes to my account?

In this article we’ll go over how to add single-use coupon codes to an existing coupon.

When your single-use coupon codes run out on an active campaign, your campaign will be paused and you will be notified via email.

To get your campaign back online, follow these steps below:

Step 1:

First, go to the Coupons section of your account and locate the Coupon you wish to add to. Next, click Add Codes to upload the file containing your new coupon codes.

Step 2:

Now choose the file you wish to upload.

Step 3:

Click to upload the file you have saved using the button below, and answer if a column header is present.

Step 4:

Click Confirm Mapping if the information shows in the correct format. Click Review when you are ready to submit.

Step 5:

Once you have reviewed the coupon codes you can click Continue and then click Yes to submit your request.

Step 6:

After your request has been processed, your codes will be updated on the Coupons dashboard. 

Now it’s time to reactivate your campaign, head to the Campaigns page. Locate the campaign you wish to restart and click to select it.

Step 7:

Now on the campaign page, locate the Activate button and click to restart your campaign. 

Once active, any cards that have been added to the queue will be sent immediately to any recipient(s) that is eligible for your campaign.
