When your Shopify store and PostPilot account use different currencies
PostPilot can integrate with any Shopify store, but may not support that store's currency setting. When your Shopify store uses a currency that is different than your company's base currency, in PostPilot you will see a small alert on the store connection.
In this case, PostPilot will continue sync with your store as usual, but all currency values and calculations will be done without a currency conversion, and will be inaccurate.
In particular, ROAS and revenue values shown in active campaigns and flows will differ from the actual values as calculated by your Shopify store.
