With this integration, you can target your Shopify customers or Klaviyo email prospects based on whether they are in a Klaviyo list or segment. ### Enabling the Klaviyo Integration **Note:** You must have a Klaviyo account and your Shopify store must be connected to PostPilot before you enable this integration.  #### Step 1 Navigate to the [**Integrations**](https://app.postpilot.com/integrations) page in your PostPilot account. Click **Connect **under the Klaviyo modal.  #### Step 2 Choose the Shopify store you'd like to link to this Klaviyo connection and click **Target.** #### Step 3 At this point, you will be taken to your Klaviyo account to authorize the PostPilot app.  If needed, you will be prompted to log in, and you will be presented with an authorization dialog.  Click **Allow** to enable PostPilot's connection to Klaviyo. ![](https://help.postpilot.com/hs-fs/hubfs/Screenshot%202024-05-08%20at%208-11-47%E2%80%AFAM-png.png?width=670&height=379&name=Screenshot%202024-05-08%20at%208-11-47%E2%80%AFAM-png.png) #### Step 4 You will be redirected back to the PostPilot app, and will see your linked instance under your existing Klaviyo connections. ![](https://help.postpilot.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Aug-14-2026-04-28-52-2447-PM.png?width=670&height=230&name=image-png-Aug-14-2026-04-28-52-2447-PM.png) **Congrats, the integration is now enabled! 🚀** ### Syncing Klaviyo contact data with PostPilot. Once you've enabled the Klaviyo Integration, you are now able to choose which data to sync with PostPilot.  There are two options: - Connect a Klaviyo List of contacts - Connect a Klaviyo Segment of contacts #### Step 1 On the Integrations page, locate your Klaviyo integration and click **Manage**. #### ![](https://help.postpilot.com/hs-fs/hubfs/undefined-Aug-14-2026-04-29-30-7744-PM.png?width=670&height=346&name=undefined-Aug-14-2026-04-29-30-7744-PM.png) Step 2 Scroll to the connected store you'd like to add the list or segment to and click **Manage.** From there, click **connect a new list or segment from Klaviyo** **![](https://help.postpilot.com/hs-fs/hubfs/image-png-Aug-14-2026-04-30-07-3406-PM.png?width=670&height=231&name=image-png-Aug-14-2026-04-30-07-3406-PM.png)** #### Step 3 In the screen that follows, select the kind of audience you'd like to connect (either a Klaviyo list or segment).  You can then use the dropdown to select from any available audiences available, and click "save" to add the connection to list of synchronized audiences. PostPilot will immediately start importing your list or segment data.  **Note:** By default, PostPilot will sync your Klaviyo audience daily.  If you need to update it more frequently, you can always do a manual sync by clicking the **Sync** button beside the desired audience. ### How to target customers or prospects in a connected Klaviyo List or Segment Once you've enabled the Klaviyo integration and connected a Klaviyo List or Segment you will be able to build a PostPilot segment targeting those customers. You can also target email prospects using our MailMatch™ technology. #### Step 1 Under your Segments section of your account click on **New Segment** to begin. Locate the Shopify section and click **Start Sending** to continue. #### Step 2 Find your Shopify store and click the **Target** button to begin building out your segment. #### Step 3 Simply add a **Klaviyo Contact** filter and select your segment or list from the drop down options. PostPilot will find customers that are part of that list or segment.  If you're sending a MailMatch™ campaign, PostPilot will attempt to find physical addresses for those prospects in order to send them a postcard.  Need help with the integration or building your segment?
