If you already have your own artwork, you can easily upload it with PostPilot. Be sure to refer to our Print Design Guidelines and ensure your dimensions are correct.
Step 1:
First go to the Designs page of your account and click New Design.
Step 2:
Select your card type and size from the options shown below.
For this example, we'll select a 4"x6" postcard.
Step 3:
Since we'll be uploading our own design we'll select a Custom template.
Step 4:
Next, go to the background layer and click into the image section. Then either drag and drop the file or click to upload your design file.
Please note:
Make sure the resolution of your design meets the recommended 300 DPI to ensure the print quality of your cards.
Step 5:
Once your image has uploaded your design is now the background for your postcard. Consider adding text elements to add personalization for each of your recipients.
Step 6:
Before saving your proof to your account, enable the postage button to ensure proper address placement. If everything looks good to go, feel free to click View Proof & Save.
