How do I access my payment history?

In this article we’ll show you where to access your payment history in your PostPilot account.

Step 1

In your PostPilot account, click Settings and select the Billing tab. Click the View link next to Payment History.

Step 2

Next, you’ll be taken to your Payment History. To access your receipt click on View Receipt.

Step 3

The receipt page displays the details of your selected payment. 

Note: If the payment made was for a monthly subscription, you will have the option to download the receipt. If the payment made was for postage funds, please reach out to us directly and we can send you a copy of your receipt via email.
