Measure the impact of your direct mail campaigns on Amazon orders.
PostPilot Halo enables you to track the impact of your direct mail campaigns on Amazon.
Many consumers prefer to shop on Amazon rather than on your Shopify site, but proving that has been a historical data challenge (across all marketing channels). However, with PostPilot Halo, you can now see how much revenue your mailers drive through your Amazon storefront.
Who Can Use It?
PostPilot Halo works for both Shopify + Amazon brands as well as Amazon-only brands.
Note: At this time, PostPilot Halo only supports Amazon Seller Central, not Amazon Vendor Central.
How It Works
- PostPilot Halo is available as an integration within the app.
- Once connected, Halo continuously tracks Amazon orders that can be attributed to your campaigns.
- Results are shown in multiple parts of the app, including in campaign detail pages, flows, campaign lists, and detailed reports.
- Amazon data is reported as a halo effect and is not included in your top-line performance metrics.
How to Connect Your Amazon Storefront
- Navigate to the Integrations page in PostPilot, then find the Amazon card and click Connect.
- PostPilot will begin configuring your connection (this could take a few minutes).
- Once ready, click Authorize.
- Sign in to your Amazon Seller Central account (if not already logged in).
- Approve Amazon Seller Central authorization for PostPilot.
- Your Amazon connection will now show as Active.
Historical Data Import
- PostPilot automatically reviews the last 24 months of postcard campaigns after setup.
Halo results from Amazon are applied retroactively. - Processing can take 1–2 days, depending on your campaign history.
Continuous Monitoring
- After setup, PostPilot automatically monitors your Amazon orders.
- Any new orders influenced by PostPilot that fall within an open attribution window are connected back to the campaigns that influenced them.
