Step 2 - Connect PostPilot

Next, generate your store key to connect to PostPilot.

Then click on Connect

This generates a store key to connect to PostPilot. You'll need this key in the next step.

Open a new tab and navigate to the Integrations tab in your PostPilot account.

Click Connect on the WooCommerce integration section.

Enter your store key and other integration settings:

  • Shop URL: This is the same URL customers use to access your site.
  • Shop Key: Paste the store key that you created in the previous step

Click Connect My Shop and your data will begin to sync with PostPilot within minutes.

Congrats! You've successfully enabled the WooCommerce integration.

Monitoring the Historical Data Sync

When you first integrate with WooCommerce, PostPilot will begin a historical data sync of your order and customer data. This can take anywhere from a few minutes to more than 24 hours, depending on the size of your store.

PostPilot will send you an email once the historical syncing has finished.

You can also see current status of the data sync in the PostPilot UI. Just head to the Integrations tab. Click on Manage

Once completed, you'll see a green Connected badge next to your store.

Once the historical sync is complete, new WooCommerce store data will sync to PostPilot every hour.
